| Abstract: | In the hospital management, medical quality and medical safety is two eternal subject of hospital manage- ment. In recent years, Xiangxiang people＇s hospital in Hunan Province paying close attention to the implementation of the system, continuous improvement of quality, medical dispute has declined. At the same time, patient satisfaction has improved and harmonious doctor-patient relationship has restored. |
