限制性液体复苏治疗失血性休克的应用研究

摘    要:目的研究限制性液体复苏治疗方法在临床急诊中对失血性休克的临床应用价值。方法抽取本院失血性休克急诊病例140例,随机分为两组(每组70例),分别使用限制性液体复苏治疗、常规液体复苏治疗。比较两组液体复苏情况、病死率及并发症情况。结果两组经过液体复苏治疗后复苏情况t检验,差异有统计学意义(P〈 0.05);两组病死率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=31.64,P〈 0.01);两组并发症发生比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.06,P〈0.05)。结论在针对失血性休克临床急诊治疗中,运用限制性液体复苏疗法的治疗效果及愈后情况均优越于常规液体复苏疗法,值得进一步研究推广。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of clinical application of limited fluid resuscitation on hemorrhagicshock in clinical emergency treatment. Methods Selected 140 cases of hemorrhagic shock in emergency cases, wererandomly divided into two groups (n = 70),be restricted for fluid resuscitation and conventional liquid resuscitationtherapy respectively. Compared the two groups of patients with fluid resuscitation, mortality and complications. ResultsCompared two groups of patients after the treatment fluid resuscitation, and the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05); compared the mortality rate of two groups (χ2=31.64, P 〈 0.01), and the difference was statistically significant; the two groups of patients with complication rate, and the difference was significant (χ2=4.06, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion In clinical emergency treatment of hemorrhagic shock, with limited fluid resuscitation therapy effect and prognosisare superior to the conventional fluid resuscitation therapy, is worthy of further promotion.
