绝经后子宫出血与子宫内膜癌的相关因素分析

目的探讨绝经后子宫出血与子宫内膜癌相关因素的关系。方法选取绝经后子宫出血患者127例，均行TVS、超声及官腔镜检查。观察不同因素子宫出血与子宫内膜癌的关系。结果〉60岁组恶性病变率高达23．08％，与其他两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。绝经年限≥5年的子宫内膜癌病变率显著高于其他良性病变；子宫内膜癌组的平均宫腔深度与其他良性病变组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。子宫内膜厚度不同病理类型间比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；子宫内膜癌组显著高于其他良性病变组。不同病理类型患者的高血压、肥胖和糖尿病等因素比较，差异均有统计学意义。结论患者绝经年龄越大，出血距绝经时间越长，出血持续时间越长及官腔越深。恶性肿瘤的发生率就越高。

Related factors analysis on postmenopausal uterine bleeding and endome- trial carcinoma

Objective To investigate the relationship between factors associated with endometrial cancer and post- menopausal uterine bleeding. Methods A total of 127 patients with postmenopausal uterine bleeding were underwent with TVS, uhrasonography and hysteroscopy examination.The relationship with endometrial carcinoma of uterine bleeding of different factors were observed. Results More than 60 years old group was as high as 23.08% malignant lesions,compared with the other two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Menopausal age ≥5 years of endometrial cancer lesions was significantly higher than that of other benign lesions;Compared with other benign lesion group mean uterine cavity depth of endometrial carcinoma group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Comparison of endometrial thickness between different pathological types, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）, endometrial carci- noma group was significantly higher than that of other benign lesion group.Comparison of patients with different patho- logical types of hypertension, obesity and diabetes and other factors ,the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion As patients with menopausal age, as menopause time is longer, the longer the duration of bleeding and u- terine cavity deeper, the higher incidence rate of malignant tumor.
