护理干预对乳腺癌患者放化疗后生活质量的影响

目的 探讨护理干预对乳腺癌患者放化疗后生活质量的影响.方法 选择2009年1月～2012年1月在我院行放疗的乳腺癌患者60例,均做病理诊断,明确分期.根据随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组各30例.对照组采取随机对症处理,干预组实施综合性的护理干预措施,包括心理护理、饮食护理、皮肤护理、放疗后的护理等方面,比较两组护理干预措施对乳腺癌患者生活质量改善率的影响.结果 干预组患者的生活质量改善率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).干预组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 对乳腺癌患者放化疗后实施综合性护理干预措施,可以提高护理满意度,改善患者的生活质量.

Nursing intervention on quality of life in breast cancer patients after radiotherapy and chemotherapy

Objective To investigate the impact of nursing intervention on quality of life in breast cancer patients after radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods Selected 60 patients breast cancer radiotherapy in our hospital from Jan- uary 2009 to January 2012, the pathological diagnosis, clear staging. Of the 30 cases were randomly divided into in- tervention group and control group. Control group was randomized symptomatic treatment, and the intervention group was given the implementation of comprehensive care interventions, including psychological care, diet care, skin care, care interventions improved quality of life for patients with breast cancer were compared after radiotherapy. Results Intervention group patients with improved quality of life was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was significantly higher in the intervention group patients （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In patients with breast cancer after radiotherapy and chemotherapy implementation of an integrated care interventions can improve nursing satisfaction, improve the patient＇s quality of life.
