摘    要:目的深入了解护生对实习前强化训练的负性体验,为改进训练工作提供依据。方法采用目的抽样法选取2013年1月至2014年12月在武汉市某三级甲等医院实习的14名护生作为研究对象,运用半结构式深入访谈法对其进行访谈,应用Colaizzi的现象学分析法进行资料分析。结果有关护生对实习前强化训练的负性体验共提炼出5个主题:训练模式易使护生产生倦怠感;不能与临床护理同步发展;缺乏护患沟通能力的培养;缺乏科学的考核方式;各种不确定感影响训练效果。结论护理管理者及教育者应高度重视护生实习前的培训效果,加强护生护患沟通能力的培养,关注其身心健康,创新培训模式,规范培训内容,进一步提升护生适应临床护理工作的能力。

Abstract:Objective To understand the nursing students’real inner negative experience in intensive training before internship,in order to provide the basis for the improvement of intensive training.Methods By using purposive sampling method,14 students were selected and semi-structured in-depth interview was adopted,and the content was analyzed by Colaizzi method.Results Five themes were extracted:students felt bored easily during training;the training couldn’t keep up with clinical practice;lack of nurse-patient communication training;lack of scientific assessment method;training effect was affected by the sense of uncertainly of students.Conclusions Nursing administrators and educators should attach great importance to the training of nursing students before clinical practice,strengthen the cultivation of nursing students ’communication skills,pay attention to their mental and physical health,innovate the training pattern,standardize training content,and further improve the ability of nursing students to adapt to clinical nursing work.
