自我清洁间歇导尿术在宫颈癌广泛全子宫切除术后尿潴留患者中的应用

目的探讨自我清洁导尿术在宫颈癌广泛全子宫切除术后尿潴留患者中的应用效果。方法便利选取2013年7月至2014年7月在安徽省省立医院及肿瘤医院行广泛全子宫切除的宫颈癌术后患者76例,采用信封法随机分为研究组和对照组。研究组(40例)采用自我清洁间歇导尿术,对照组(36例)采用常规保留导尿术,比较两组患者的尿路感染发生率、尿管拔除后的尿潴留发生率及舒适度。结果自我清洁间歇导尿组尿路感染及尿潴留的发生率均低于留置导尿组,舒适度优于后者,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.01)。结论自我清洁间歇导尿能够有效降低宫颈癌广泛全子宫切除术后尿潴留患者尿路感染的发生率,改善患者的膀胱功能,提高患者舒适度,促进患者康复。

Application of Self-cleaning Intermittent Urethral Catheterization in Cervical Cancer Patients with Urinary Retention after Extensive Hysterectomy

Objective To study the application effect of self-cleaning intermittent urethral catheterization in cervical cancer patients with urinary retention after extensive hysterectomy.Methods By convenience sampling,76 cases were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group.The study group (n =40)were applied with self-cleaning intermittent urethral catheterization,and the control group (n =36)were applied with conventional method.The incidence rate of urinary tract infection,urinary retention and comfort feeling after urinary tube pull out were compared.Results The incidence rate of urinary tract infection and the number of cases of urinary retention after pull out the catheter in study group were lower than control group,and the comfort feeling was superior than control group(all P<0.01).Conclusions The self-cleaning intermittent urethral catheterization can reduce the incidence rate of urinary tract infection and improve the urinary bladder function and comfort feeling,thus to promote the recovery.
