3411例动态电视喉镜检查的图像分析

目的：为提供临床诊断和鉴别诊断喉部疾病的客观依据。方法：对我科近８年来检查的３４１１例声嘶程度不同患者的电视喉镜检查图像结果进行了分析。结果：声带浅层病变，对声带振动和粘膜波动的影响较小；声带深层的病变，其声带振动和粘膜波动可减弱消失，声带麻痹两侧声带的粘膜振动不对称，不协调，结论：声带色泽，形态及振动模式的改变，是喉部疾病的特征。

Analysis of strobovideolaryngoscopic results of 3411 hoarseness cases

To provide the basis for diagnosis of hoarseness. Methods: The vibrative pattern of vocal cords was investigated with the laryngeal stroboscope and video tape recording in 3411 patients with voice. Results: The mucosal wave of vocal cords was normal in the vocal cords with superficial lessions; the mucosal wave was decreased or ceased in deeper lesionsl the bilateral mucosal wave may not be sytnmetric. Conclusions: Change of vocal movement pattern, colour and lustre was significant to laryngeal diseases.
