基于“互联网+”的家庭医生服务模式及构建研究

目的:探索利用“互联网+”技术开展家庭医生服务的新模式。方法:利用文献回顾法,对传统家庭医生服务模式进行总结,分析特点及不足,提出基于“互联网+”的家庭医生服务模式。结果:构建了基于“互联网+”的“一网三端”家庭医生服务模型,并对每个模块内容及功能进行规划,为下一步系统建设提供思路。结论:“互联网+”的家庭医生服务模式将在落实分级诊疗制度、促进家庭医生“签约”落地、助力医联体协同医疗、防治结合、促进全民健康等方面起到积极作用。

A study on family doctor service mode and construction based on'Internet+'

Objective:This paper explores the new mode of family doctor service based on'Internet+'.Methods:Taking the method of literature review,the paper summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings of the classic family doctor contract mode in China,puts forward a family doctor service mode based on'Internet+'.Results:We built a new family doctor service model called'one network and three ends',which based on the'Internet+',the contents and functions of each module are planned,providing ideas for the next step of system construction.Conclusion:The'Internet+'mode will play an active role in implementing the hierarchical medical system,promoting the'contract signing'of family doctors,assisting the medical conjoined collaborative medical care,and promoting the health of the whole population.
