| 摘 要： | 【摘要】 移植后淋巴细胞增殖性疾病（PTLD）是异基因造血干细胞移植（allo-HSCT）后的一种严重并发症，发病多数与EB病毒感染有关，可以有多种形式的临床表现及病理类型。早期PTLD进展迅速，死亡率高，需要临床医生及早做出诊断。现就allo-HSCT后PTLD流行病学、发病机制、临床表现、诊治及预后等方面的最新进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorders （PTLD） is one of the most potentially life- threatening complications after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation （allo-HSCT）, and is mostly associated with Epstein-Barr virus infection. PTLD may have a wide range of clinical manifestations and pathological classifications. The rapid progression and high fatality of early PTLD should prompt clinicians to a timely diagnosis. This paper presents a review of the latest update on epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, management and prognosis of post allo-HSCT PTLD. |
