| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the factors that influence the quality management in the Central Hospital. Methods 2612 medical records of the discharged patients were selected at random from 2004 to 2008, 98 medical records, 98 of which are the Class C, accounting for 3.75%. gesults We analyzed and explored the factors which influence the quality of medical records in different links. Conclusions We should catch the key point of the quality control in the links, and keep defect cases in the lowest limitation so as to increase the rate ofclass A in our hospital. |
