N-乙酰半胱氨酸辅助治疗肺结核患者氧化/抗氧化失衡的影响

摘    要:
目的探讨N-乙酰半胱氨酸(NAC)辅助治疗对肺结核患者氧化抗氧化失衡的影响。方法测定20例肺结核患者在予以N-乙酰半胱氨酸治疗前后血清的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)。结果在应用N-乙酰半胱氨酸后,患者的SOD、GPX增高(P〈0.05),而MDA没有统计学变化。结论N-乙酰半胱氨酸与抗结核药物联合应用,可改善肺结核患者的氧化/抗氧化失衡。

Abstract:
Objective The study on the imbalance between oxidantion and anti-oxidantion of N-acetylcysteine(NAC) adjunctive therapy for pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Before and after they had been given NAC treatment, the glutathione peroxidase (GPX) . superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malonaldebyde(MDA) were detected in the sera of 20 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Results After they were treated with NAC, the levels of GPX ,SOD increased in the patients with tuberculosis (P 〈 0.05 ) , MDA did not change. Conclusion Combine using NAC with anti-tuberculosis medicine could improve the imbalance between oxidantion and anti-oxidantion.
