| 摘 要： | 我们应用前臂逆行岛状皮瓣修复严重于外伤感染创面取得了成功。感染创面的扩创及清洗使其成为相对的“新鲜创面”，并用敏感抗生素是成功的关键之一。该皮瓣修复手部感染创面的特点：①手术简单，不吻合血管，成功率高；②皮瓣血运好，抗感染力强；③最大程度的保留和恢复了患手的功能和外形。

| Abstract: | It' s introduced some success in this paper that reverse forearm island flap repaired
infectious defect with severe hand injured.Debridement and curettage surface of wound make
the infectious defect hecome relative “ Fresh surface of wound”,and using sensitive
antibiotic also is important.The advantages of this skin flap in repairing hand infectious defect
are:a.the operation is simple,anastomosis needn't,rate of success is high.b.The skin flap blood
circulation is better,anti-infectious is power.c.As possible as maintainand recover function and
shape of wounded hand. |
