烧烫伤软膏对实验性小鼠、大鼠烧烫伤的作用

目的:观察烧烫伤软膏促进小鼠烧烫伤及大鼠烫伤创面愈合的作用。方法:①小鼠造成背部Ⅲ°烫伤,分别涂抹烧烫伤软膏、京万红软膏、凡士林,观察创面愈合天数,并测量给药后不同时间创面的面积。②小鼠造成背部Ⅲ°烧伤,用药后观察创面愈合天数及毛生长百分率。③大鼠造成背部Ⅲ°烫伤,用药后观察创面愈合天数及毛生长百分率。结果:烧烫伤软膏与京万红软膏作用相近。结论:烧烫伤软膏对小鼠烧烫伤和大鼠烫伤有治疗作用。

Therapy Effect of Burn and Scald Ointment on Burn and Scald of Mice and Rats

Objective：To observe healing effect of bum and scald ointment on bum and scald of mice and rats. Methods：（1） mice were randomly divided into Vaseline group,Jingwanhong ointment group,bum and scald ointment high dosage group, low dosage group. Dorsal Ⅲ°seald mouse models were induced,then Vaseline,Jingwanhong ointment,bum and scald oint- ment were besmeared separately, at last, area of wound surface at different time and healing time of wound surface were ob- served. （2）Dorsal Ⅲ°burn mouse models were induced,then healing time and hair growth percentage were observed after treatment. （3）Dorsal Ⅲ° scald rat models were induced,then healing time and hair growth percentage were observed after treatment. Results ：Therapeutic action of hum and scald ointment was similar with that of Jingwanhong ointment. Conclusion： Bum and scald ointment has therapeutic effect on dorsal bum and scald mouse models and dorsal scald rat models.
