摘    要:随着医学教学改革的深入和新课程体系的实施,对临床教学基地提出了更高的要求。实践结果表明,完善临床教学基地管理规章制度,有利于临床教学基地的规范化管理;专家深入基层指导教学查房,举办教学方法学习班和开展教学研究,名师示范讲课,有利于强化教师的教学能力与临床能力;构建综合的评价体系,有利于临床教学质量的客观评价。切实做好各个方面的工作,对于提高医学教育质量,培养高素质医学人才具有积极的促进作用。

Abstract:As the medical education reforms carried on deepening and the new clinical teaching model was implemented, a higher standard was set to the clinical teaching base. The resuhs showed that the perfectly established rules were advantageous to standardized management of the clinical teaching base ; The medical experts directed ward visiting while having clinical teaching at basic-level hospitals, the training class held for study methods of teaching or of education research and the model lectures given by veteran teachers all improved the teachers' ability of teaching and clinic. A comprehensive evaluation system benefited to objective assessment in quality of clinical teaching. Substantially dealing with issues in all aspects will play active roles either to improve the quality of medical education or to promote training of innovative medical talents.
