| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨正常分娩过程中,应用穴位按摩法对产后出血量的影响。方法:将住院正常分娩的产妇200例随机分成两组,观察组100例,用穴位按摩法进行干预;对照组100例,不进行穴位按摩,按常规分娩进行。分别观察两组产后24h内的阴道出血量情况。结果:观察组平均阴道出血量与对照组相比明显减少(P0.01)。结论:在正常分娩中应用穴位按摩法,能增强子宫的收缩力,减少产后出血量。

| Abstract: | Objective： To discuss the impact on postpartum uterine contractility and bleeding by acupoint massage therapy during the normal birth process. Methods： 200 cases of Normal delivery parturient were randomly divided into two groups. 100 normal labor patients in the observation group were accepted acupoint massage intervention while another 100 same cases of the control group were without acupoint massage. The amount of vaginal bleeding after postpartum within 24 h was observed. Results： Compare with the control group, the average amount of vaginal bleeding of the observation group was significantly reduced （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The application of acupoint massage in normal labor can increase uterine contractility and reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage. |
