民航机务维修人员工作压力源量表的初步编制

摘    要:
目的编制适合民航机务维修人员职业特点的工作压力源量表。方法在文献研究和访谈的基础上,用探索性因素分析的方法确定因子结构并筛选条目,得到一个包含30个项目、5个维度(工作负荷,职业发展,工作环境,人际关系,组织管理)的量表;并计算总量表和各分量表的Cronbachα系数。结果各量表的Cronbachα系数分别为:总量表0.902,工作负荷0.872,职业发展0.883,工作环境0.745,人际关系0.723,组织管理0.784。根据检验,该量表的信度和效度的各项指标达到了心理测量学的要求。结论该量表可以用于机务维修人员的工作压力源测量以及相关的研究。

Abstract:
Objective To develop a work stress sources scale for the civil aviation maintenance engineer.Methods To identify the structure of the scale and screened the items by exploratory factor analysis;and we got a 30-item scale with 5 factors:working load,career development,working environment,interpersonal relationship and organization management.And we calculated the Cronbach’s α coefficients.Results Cronbach’s α coefficients were 0.902(full scale),0.872(working load),0.883(career development),0.745(working environment),0.723(interpersonal relation),0.784(organization management).The reliability and validity of the scale reached the psychometric requirements.Conclusion The scale can measure the work stress sources of the aircraft maintenance engineer and can be used for related research.
