舒适护理对老年冠心病患者睡眠质量影响

目的观察舒适护理对老年冠心病患者睡眠质量的影响。方法将研究对象分为干预组和对照组各75例,对照组采用常规药物治疗和加强基础护理和专科护理措施促进患者睡眠质量。干预组在常规药物治疗的基础上采用舒适护理模式即:生理舒适+心理舒适+社会功能舒适而促进患者睡眠质量。于治疗第4周周末对两组患者睡眠质量进行评定并比较。数据进行统计学分析(t检验)。结果治疗护理4周后两组患者睡眠质量各成分评分具有非常显著性差异。睡眠质量7个成分及总分比较(分别为t=7.925,4.303,7.101,7.786,4.091,4.610,5.001,9.983;P均<0.01),干预组患者睡眠质量优于对照组。结论睡眠质量的好坏影响老年冠心病患者的病情发展与转归,采用中西医结合舒适护理在改善和提高患者睡眠质量的同时,可促进患者的全面康复。

The Effect of Comfort Care on Sleep Quality of Elder Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To observe the effect of comfort care on sleep quality of elder patients with coronary heart disease.Methods The 150 subjects were divided into intervention group and control group(75 cases each group),in control group,using conventional drug therapy and strengthening primary care and specialist care measures to promote patient sleep quality.In the conventional therapy group,using intervention based on the use of comfort care model,namely:physical comfort +psychological comfort+ social function comfort to promote sleep quality of patients.After 4 weeks treatment,sleep quality of patients from two groups were assessed and compared.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,there were significant differences in sleep quality scores between two groups.(respectively,t=7.925,4.303,7.101,7.786,4.091,4.610,5.001,9.983;all P<0.01),the sleep quality of patients in the intervention group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion The sleep quality of patients with coronary heart disease affects the progression and prognosis,comfort care can improve patients’ sleep quality,directly and indirectly promote the patient’s full recovery.
