陆军士兵心理压力问卷的初步编制

目的编制陆军士兵心理压力问卷,并进行初步的信效度检验。方法对开放式问卷和焦点团体访谈内容进行编码分析,建构欲编制问卷的维度,然后根据确定的问卷维度拟制问卷题项,收集数据进行项目分析和验证性因素分析,以简化问卷题项,验证问卷结构。结果正式问卷包括30道题5个维度即军事训练、工作负荷、军营生活、部队管理和人际关系;验证性因素分析发现建构的问卷维度与观察数据拟合较好,问卷的内部一致性系数为0.938,各维度的内部一致性系数0.754～0.890,与效标问卷的得分也具有统计学的显著相关性。结论编制的问卷有良好的心理测量学指标,可以用于进一步的研究。

Development of Psychological Stress Questionnaire of Army Soldiers

Objective To develop a questionnaire to assess the psychological stress of army soldiers,and examine its reliability and validity.Methods Open-end questionnaire and focus group interview were coding analyzed to construct the questionnaire latitude,according to the construct latitude,develop the questionnaire items,through the ways of item analysis and confirmatory factors analysis to simplify the questionnaire items and confirm the questionnaire latitude.Results The final questionnaire included 30 items and 5 factors of military training,work load,camp life,force management and interpersonal relationship.the confirmatory factor analysis showed that the indexes were of goodness of fit.The total internal consistency coefficient was 0.938,the internal consistency coefficient of per factor was 0.754~0.890,and had good standard association validity.Conclusion The reliability and validity of the psychological stress of the army soldiers can meet the needs of psychometrics,and can be used in further researches of army soldiers’ psychological stress.
