玻璃纤维桩与金属桩核修复牙体缺损的比较

目的:比较分析玻璃纤维桩与金属桩核修复牙体缺损的临床疗效。方法:收集我院在2013年1月至2014年1月间收治的牙体缺损患者102例(156颗牙),随机分为A组和B组,各51例。两组均完善根管治疗,A组行玻璃纤维桩修复治疗,B组行金属桩核修复治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:A组的修复成功率为98.68%,显著高于B组的87.50%(P<0.05);A组患者对修复后患牙外观满意度为98.04%,显著高于B组的78.43%(P<0.05)。结论:玻璃纤维桩修复治疗牙体缺损具有操作简便、色泽自然、不易发生根折和成功率高等诸多优点,疗效优于金属铸造桩修复,值得推广应用。

Comparison of glass fiber post and metal post in the restoration of tooth defect

Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of glass fiber post and metal post in the restoration of tooth defect. Methods:102 cases (156 teeth) of patients with tooth defect in our hospital between January 2013 and January 2014 were collected and randomly divided into group A and group B,51 cases in each group. Conclusion:Glass fi-ber post for the treatment of tooth defect has many advantages,such as easy operation,natural color,not prone to root fracture and a high success rate;so it is more effective than metal casting pile repair and should be widely applied.
