医学大学生网络成瘾现状调查

目的了解大学生网络成瘾的现状及探索网络成瘾的危险因素,为进一步采取干预措施提供依据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,对我校一至五年级学生使用统一的调查表进行不记名问卷调查。结果①调查有526名医学大学生,112人网络成瘾,所占比例为21.29%,其中有轻度网络成瘾者100人,中度网络成瘾者11人,重度网络成瘾者1人;46.2%的学生在宿舍上网;不同性别间网络成瘾分级的分布采用两独立样本秩和检验wilcoxon法,调查结果表明差别有统计学意义（Z=-2.965,P=0.003）;不同年级间网络成瘾情况差别有统计学意义（χ2=26.47,P〈0.001）。②logistic回归分析结果表明,专业、年级、母亲的文化和每月上网平均费用进入回归方程。结论互联网已被大学生普遍使用,丰富和便利了大学生的学习、生活,但又对部分学生产生了较严重的负面影响。

The Investigation of Internet Addiction in Medical College Students

Objective To investigate the current status of internet addiction among medical college students,to explore the risk factors,and to provide evidence for further intervention. Methods 526 medical students who were the first to fifth year were recruited for anonymous questionnaires by cluster random sampling method. Results ①The internet addiction rate was 21.29%（112/526） in varying degrees. 100 cases of them were mild,11 cases of them were moderate and only one case was severely addicted to internet;46.2% students had internet access at dormitory;the difference of distribution of addiction in sex was statistically significant by using Wilcoxon method for two independent samples（Z =-2.965,P = 0.003）;the difference of distribution of addiction in grades was statistically significant（χ2 = 26.47,P 0.001） . ②The logistic regression analysis showed specific,grade,mother＇s education status of the students and the average monthly cost spent in internet were risk factors calculated in the formula. Conclusions Internet is widely used by college students,which makes students＇ life more convenient and colorful. However,internet can bring rather serious adverse effects to some students.
