| 摘 要： | 对醋氨己酸锌的抗实验性动物胃溃疡作用进行了研究，结果表明，醋氨己酸锌显著的抑制小鼠水浸应激性胃溃疡形成，对无水乙醇所致的大鼠胃粘膜损伤具有明显的保护作用，且显著减轻幽门结扎大鼠胃粘膜的损伤，同时，对大鼠幽门结扎大后６ｈ的胃液进行分析，３００ｍｇ／ｋｇ醋氨己酸锌增加胃液分泌量，降低游离酸和总酸量，醋氨己酸锌并具有抑制胃蛋白酶活性的作用。 |

| Abstract: | This study was designed to examine the effect of zinc acexamate on several types of gastric ulcer or gastric damage in rats and mice.Oral pretreatment with zinc acexamate reduced the number of gastric ulcer induced by water-immersion stress in mice,significantly inhibited gastric ulcer formation produced by pylorus-ligation in rats and also decreased the gastric lesions induced by absolute ethanol.The results of gastric juice analysis showed that zinc acexamate can decrease free and total acid volume and inhibit the activity of pepsin.In view of the effects of zinc acexamate on different types of gastric ulcer.It is likely that the anti-ulcer mechanism of zinc acexamate is related to it's action of inhibiting acid secretion and activity of pepsin. |
