| 摘 要： | miRNA（microRNA）是一种小的单链非编码 RNA,具有转录后调节基因表达的作用。最近研究发现 miRNA 在膀胱癌的发生、发展和预后中发挥重要作用。本文对相关研究进行综述,以期更好地理解膀胱癌的发生机理,并为其辅助诊断和治疗提供理论基础。

| Abstract: | miRNAs are small single -stranded noncoding RNAs that post -transcriptionally regulate gene expres-sion.Recent studies have indicated that miRNAs play an important role in the occurrence,development and prognosis of bladder cancer.In this paper,we review the related studies and aim to have a better understanding of mechanism of bladder cancer and provide theoretical basis for the auxiliary diagnosis and treatment. |
