胸乳腔镜下甲状腺癌切除术与传统手术临床治疗效果对比分析

目的：对比分析胸乳腔镜下甲状腺癌切除术与传统手术的临床治疗效果。方法将84例甲状腺癌患者随机分为对照组与试验组。对照组采用传统手术，试验组采用胸乳腔镜术，对比分析2组患者临床治疗效果。结果与对照组相比，试验组手术时间较长，但术中出血量、术后引流量、插管时间以及住院时间明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。试验组与对照组相比，术后并发症的发生率上差异不具统计学意义（P＞0．05）。试验组患者术后的满意度评分较好，尤其7～10分患者比例数显著高于对照组；术后3个月以及术后6个月2组患者的NSS评分差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论胸乳腔镜下甲状腺癌切除术的临床效果显著，可广泛推广于临床。

Comparison of Clinical Efficacy of Endoscopic Thyroidectomy and Traditional Open Operation for Thyroid Cancer

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of endoscopic thyroidectomy and traditional open operation for thyroid cancer .Methods 84 patients with thyroid cancer were randomly assigned to the control group and the experimental group,the control group used the traditional operation ,the experimental group used endoscopic thyroidectomy ,comparative analysis of the clinical therapeutic effect of 2 groups were made .Results Compared to the control group ,the experimental group had lon-ger operation time,there had significant difference (P<0.05);the intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage,intubation time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group ,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was not statistically significant between the 2 groups(P>0.05) .Satisfaction score of the experimental group was better ,especially patients with 7 to 10 scores was significantly higher than that of the control group ,the difference has statistical significance ,the difference in NSS score 3 months and 6 months after opera-tion between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic thyroidectomy in the treatment of thy-roid cancer has significant clinical effects ,and it can be widely used in clinical .
