彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺腺瘤与甲状腺癌的鉴别诊断价值

目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺腺瘤与甲状腺癌的鉴别诊断价值。方法回顾性分析甲状腺腺瘤患者60例及甲状腺癌患者60例的超声资料，进行鉴别诊断分析。结果两组患者在结节数量、结节形态、结节边界、内部回声及后方回声方面进行比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。甲状腺腺瘤患者最大峰值流速及阻力指数均显著低于甲状腺癌患者，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。甲状腺腺瘤患者血流分级以Ⅰ级为主（65．00％），而甲状腺癌患者血流分级以Ⅲ级为主（51．67％），两组患者在血流分级方面比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺腺瘤与甲状腺癌的鉴别诊断具有重要的临床价值。

Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Differential Diagnosis of Thyroid Adenoma and Thyroid Cancer

Objective To explore the clinical value of color doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of thyroid ad -enoma and thyroid cancer .Methods A retrospective analysis of color doppler ultrasound data of 60 cases of thyroid adenoma and 60 cases of thyroid cancer were conducted .Results The difference in the number,shape and border of nodules,internal and rearechoes between the 2 groups had statistically significance (P <0.05).The Vmax and resistance index (RI) of patients sufferedthyroid adenoma were obviously lower than patients suffered thyroid cancer ,therd had statistical difference (P <0.05).The CDFIgrading of thyroid adenoma mainly was grade Ⅰ (65.00%),and the thyroid cancer mainly was grade Ⅲ (51.67%).There weresignificant difference between the 2 groups (P <0.05).Conclusion The application of color doppler ultrasound in the differen -tial diagnosis of thyroid adenoma and thyroid cancer has high clinical value .
