| 摘 要： | 采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)技术,对25例IDDM患者治疗前后及40例NIDDM患者血清可溶性sIL-2R水平进行测定。结果发现:IDDM患者血清sIL-2R明显高于正常对照组,经治疗后血清sIL-2R水平下降;而NIDDM患者血清sIL-2R无明显变化。因此血清sIL-2R水平变化及动态观察可作为机体免疫系统激活状态的指标之一,及IDDM患者诊断,治疗和预后的监测指标。 |

| Abstract: | The Serum Levels of Soluable interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R)in 25 patients with IDDM and in 40 patients with NIDDM were measured using a sand with enzyme-Linded immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The results showed that serum sIL-2R levels in patients with IDDM were significantly bighter than those of the controlsgroup. After treament sIk-2R levels were declined greatly compared with the pretreatment ones and sIL-2R levels in patients with NIDDM were not changed grealy.Therefore,the change and eonsecutive observation of serum sIL-2R levels is helpful to the activated state of immunitiy, diagnosis,treatment and prognosis. |
