调脂药物的合理用药与不良反应

血浆总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和甘油三酯水平升高是冠心病和缺血性脑卒中的独立危险因素之一，故应尽早重视血脂异常的防治。随着调脂药物的发展，调脂治疗取得了积极的效果。调脂药物应根据患者的血脂水平、危险程度、临床表现和不良反应等来决定用药的种类、用法和用量。本文对目前临床上常用的调脂药物的合理用药作一介绍。

The clinical rational use of the lipid-regulating drugs and their adverse reactions

A rise in total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein-cholesterol and triglyceride is one of independent risk factors in coronary heart disease and cerebral ischemic stroke, and therefore the attention should be paid as early as possible to dyslipidemia. The use of lipid-regulating drugs has achieved the positive effect in clinical treatment with the development of the lipid-regulation drugs. The rational and individual medication should be determined by the patient＇s blood lipid level, risk degree, clinical manifestation and the drug adverse reaction. This paper introduces the reasonable clinical use of the lipid-regulating drugs at present.
