子宫破裂8例分析

目的：探讨妊娠期子宫破裂的原因、诊断治疗及预防措施。方法：对2007年8月-2011年8月期间收治的8例子宫破裂孕产妇进行回顾性分析。结果：缺乏产前检查、疤痕子宫、多产、胎位不正为妊娠子宫破裂的主要原因。其中非疤痕子宫3例，疤痕子宫5例。这8例患者中7例行子宫修补术（3例同时行绝育术），1例行全子宫切除术，胎儿均死亡，产妇均抢救成功。8例子宫破裂均发生于足月临产后（也就是分娩期），存在头盆不称，出现梗阻性难产。结论：为降低子宫破裂发生率，应提倡计划生育，节制生育，减少多产；降低剖宫产率；宣传产前检查的重要性，开展产前保健；高危妊娠者提高住院分娩率；提高产科质量，正确处理产程。

Analysis of 8 pregnant women with uterine rupture

Objective： To explore the cause, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of pregnant uterine rupture. Methods： A retrospective analysis was done in 8 cases of uterine rupture from August 2007 to August 2011. Results： Copiousness was the most reason causing pregnant uterine rupture. 7 cases received uterine repair operation and 3 cases performed uterus repair plus bilateral tubal ligation. 1 case had to receive total hysterectomy. All fetuses were dead and the lives of pregnant woman cases all successfully saved. Conclusion： In order to reduce the uterine rupture incidence rate, advocating family planning, controlling birth, decreasing copiousness are very necessary. It is significant to publicize the importance of prenatal check-up and care,to increase hospitalization labour rate among high risk pregnancy patients, improve obstetrics quantity and deal with birth process exactly.
