摘    要:目的:优选飞机草药材中芹菜素的提取工艺。方法:以芹菜素提取率为考察指标,采用正交试验,以丙酮用量、提取时间和药材粉碎粒度为考察因素,优化飞机草中芹菜素的提取工艺。结果:优选出的最佳提取工艺为飞机草药材量与丙酮量之比为1∶100,超声提取30min,药材粉碎粒度为80目。结论:该提取工艺合理,方法简便,可为飞机草中总黄酮提取工艺的确定提供实验依据。

Abstract:Objective.. To optimize the extraction process of apigenin in Chromolaena odorata (C. odorata) L. Methods The content of apigenin was observed to evaluate the extraction technology . Parameters affecting the extraction percentage of apigenin were dosage of acetone, particle size, time of ultrasonic extraction by orthogonal experiment. Results: The optimum extraction technology were as follows., the crude drug powder was extracted by 100 times equivalent volume of acetone with ultrasonic extraction 30 rain, and particle size was 80 mesh . Conclusion:It is proved that the method is reasonable and simple, which can provide a reference for the extraction of C. odorata .
