鼻内镜联合普米克令舒经鼻雾化治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的临床研究

目的：探讨鼻内镜联合普米克令舒经鼻雾化治疗方案在慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者中的应用效果。方法：将本院收治的100例慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例,对照组采用普米克令舒喷鼻治疗,观察组鼻内镜联合普米克令舒经鼻雾化治疗,对比两组治疗后的临床疗效。结果：两组治疗后的鼻部症状视觉模拟评分（VAS）、鼻内镜下息肉Lurid-Kennedy评分均明显下降,观察组治疗后的鼻部症状VAS、鼻内镜下息肉Lurid-Kennedy评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后的血清皮质醇浓度明显降低,而对照组治疗前后的血清皮质醇浓度对比,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：采用鼻内镜联合普米克令舒经鼻雾化治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者,可有效促进鼻部症状的改善,减少鼻息肉体积,减轻对肾上腺皮质功能的影响,具备较高的应用价值。

Clinical effects of nasal endoscopy combined with general Mick to shu nasal spray in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of nasal endoscopy combined with general Mick to shu nasal spray in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp. Methods： A total of 100 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group, control group were treated by Mick to shu the nasal spray treatment, observation group was given joint endoscope＇s Mick to shu nasal spray treatment. Clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results： Nasal symptoms visual analogue scale （VAS）, polyp endoscopic Lurid - Kennedy scores were significantly decreased. After treatment, nasal symptoms VAS, polyp endoscopic Lurid - Kennedy scores of the observation group of patients were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; Serum cortisol concentration of the observation group decreased significantly after treatment, But there was no significant difference in serum cortisol concentration in the control group before and after the treatment （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Nasal endoscopic joinfs Mick to shu nasal spray treatment can effectively promote the improvement of the nasal symptoms, reduce the volume of nasal polyps, lighten the impact on function of adrenal cortex, has higher application value
