| 摘 要： | 目的总结应用AF内固定治疗下胸椎及腰椎骨折的手术经验。方法本组87例均经后路行AF内固定,腰椎自人字嵴顶点处为进针点。结果本组病例有56例得到随访,椎体高度恢复至正常90%,其中17例合并神经系统症状均恢复正常。结论AF内固定对于治疗下胸椎及腰椎骨折是一种简便有效且相对安全的内固定术式。

| Abstract: | Objective To sum up the operation experience using AF internal-fixation system in the treatment of 87 cases of lumbar fracture.Methods All of 87 cases were treated by AF internal-fixation system,and lumbar bony crest was used as the needing point.Results Fifty-six cases were followed up,and the height of vertebra were resumed by 90%.All of 17 patients with nerve system symptoms recovered completely.Conclusion In the treatment of lumbar fracture,AF internal-fixation system is an effective,simple,safe and rel... |
