| 摘 要： | 目的研究p18蛋白在骨巨细胞瘤和骨软骨瘤中的表达,探讨其与骨巨细胞瘤发生、发展及生物学行为的关系。方法采用S-P免疫组织化学方法对42例骨巨细胞瘤标本p18蛋白进行检测,并与20例骨软骨瘤标本作对照。结果p18蛋白在骨巨细胞瘤中的阳性率为61.9%,骨软骨瘤中阳性率为30%。两组相比差异显著(x2=5.52,P<0.05)。结论p18蛋白的表达可能与肿瘤的恶性度相关,在骨巨细胞瘤的发生、发展中起作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression of p18 protein in giant cell tumors of bone(GCT) and osteochondromas.Methods:The expression of p18 protein was detected in 42 cases of GCT and 20 cases of osteochondromas by S-P immunohistochemical method.Result:The positive rate of p18 was 61.9%in the group of GCT and 30%in the group of osteochondromas.Significant difference could be seen between osteochondromas and GCT (x2=5.52,P<0. 05).Conclusion:The expression of p18 protein in GCT was much higher than that in osteochondromas. The expression of p18 protein may be correlated to the tumor' s malignant degree. It may be relevant to the genesis and development of GCT. |
