摘    要:
目的 研究山东地区汉族人 1型糖尿病与HLA -DPB1和HLA -DQB1等位基因的相关性。方法 采用基于核酸序列测定的基因分型技术对 5 2例 1型糖尿病患者及 3 8名正常对照者进行了DPB1和DQB1基因分析。结果 DPB1 2 2 0 1(P <0 .0 1)和DQB1 0 2 0 1(P <0 .0 1)、 0 3 0 3 (P <0 .0 5 )及 0 60 4 (P <0 .0 5 )等位基因频率在糖尿病患者组显著高于对照组 ,而DPB1 0 4 0 2 (P <0 .0 1)和DQB1 0 3 0 1(P <0 .0 1)等位基因在糖尿病患者组显著低于对照组。结论 DPB1 2 2 0 1和DQB1 0 2 0 1、 0 3 0 3及 0 60 4等位基因可能是山东地区汉族人 1型糖尿病的易感性等位基因 ,而DPB1 0 4 0 2和DQB1 0 3 0 1等位基因可能是山东地区汉族人 1型糖尿病的保护性等位基因

Abstract:
Objective To inve stigate the correlation between type 1 d iabetes mellitus susceptibility and HLA DPB1 and DQB1 genes in Shandong Han popu lation.Methods HLA DPB1 and DQB1 ge nes analysis were performed by sequencin g based typing in 52 patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus and 38 normal contro ls.Results The frequency of DPB 1 2201 was significantly higher in diab etes than that in controls( 26.92% vs 5.26% ,P<0.01),but DPB1 0402 was sig nificantly lower in patients than that i n controls( 11.54% vs 34.21% ,P< 0.01 ).The frequency of DQB1 0201, 0303 and 0604 were higher in those with diabetes m ellitus(24.04%vs 10.53%,P< 0.01 ;22.12 %vs 6.58%,P< 0.05 ;19.23%vs 7.89%,P< 0.05 ),while the frequency of DQB1  03 01 was significantly lower in the diabet es than that in controls( 4.81% vs 25.0 0% ,P< 0.01 ). Conclusions DPB1 2201,DQB1 0201, 0303 and 0604 may be suscepti ble alleles and DPB1  0402,DQB1 0301 t he protective ones to type 1 diabetes me llitus.
