县级城乡高血压病防治的流行病学研究

目的]调查睢宁县居民高血压病的流行现状、特征及危险因素,为制定有效的防治策略提供科学依据。方法]用整群随机抽样的方法对≥18岁的人群5811人进行血压测量,用统一制定的调查表调查相关的危险因素,采用卡方检验进行有关的统计分析。结果]睢宁县高血压患病率为32.35%,标化患病率为23.29%,男性患病率高于女性;高血压的患病率随着年龄的增加而升高;高血压患者的血压知晓率、治疗率及控制率分别为35.85%、19.16%及5.05%;常吃腌制食品、口味偏咸、超重、吸烟、饮酒及精神紧张是高血压发病的危险因素。结论]睢宁县居民高血压患病率较高,疾病控制率低,应积极开展社区防治,降低危险因素。

Epidemiologic study of prevention and cure on hypertension in suining county, jiangsu province

Objective ] To provide the scientific proof of prevention and cure on hypertension by investigating the epidemiologic status, characteristics and risk factors of patients with hypertension in Senning county. Methods ] Five thousands eight hundreds and eleven random sampling persons more than 18 years old were performed blood pressure measurements, whose corresponding risk factors were investigated with the established schedule tables, and then statistical analysis was performed with the chi - square test. Results] The morbidity rate, standardized morbidity rate of hypertension in Senning county was 32.5%, 23.29%, respectively, and the male showed higher morbidity rate. The morbidity rate went higher with the age increased. The known rate, therapy rate and control rate of hypertension was 33.85%, 19.16% and 5.05%, respectively. The risk factors of hypertension were eating pickled food, heavy salty flavor, overweight, smoking, drinking and mental stress. Conclusions] The morbidity rate is high in Senning county. So it is pressing to control hypertension and low risk factors by performing prevention and cure on hypertension.
