| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经皮椎体成形术治疗脊柱转移瘤的应用价值。方法在C形臂X光机引导下利用经皮椎体成形术对25例29个椎体转移瘤进行治疗。结果全部穿刺均成功。椎体病理性压缩骨折得到一定程度的纠正，达到止痛效果，无严重并发症发生。结论经皮椎体成形术创伤小、较安全，可用于治疗椎体转移瘤引起的病理性骨折以及癌性疼痛，具有恢复椎体高度、增加椎体强度、镇痛的作用，宜在临床上推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of using PVP on treating vertebras metastatic tumors.Methods Guided by the C-arm X-ray machine,29 vertebras metastatic tumors were treated.Results All pickings were successful.The pathological compression fractures got some extent rectification and pain was relieved,without severe complications.Conclusion PVP provides for patients of vertebras metastatic tumor a small trauma and safety technique to treat the pain originated by pathological compression fractures,it's worthy to... |
