| 摘 要： | 为评价保存的角巩膜移植修复角巩膜组织缺损的疗效，对１１８例（１２０眼）角膜缘变性及角巩膜葡萄肿患者施行全厚板层及板层移植术。术后随访６月—１０年，所有病例获得了满意效果，未见原有病复发，亦无排斥反应发生，效果满意，无并发症 |

| Abstract: | To evaluate the therapeutic effects of preserved corneosclera for repaired of corneoscleral defect.Methods 118 cases of corneoscleral defect due to various causes were repaired with preserved corneosclera tissue.Result The effective rate was 100%.The postoperative vision outcame was quite satisfactory,no primary disease was observed,no graft was rejected.The postoperative follow up ranged from 6 months to 10 years.Conclusion Preserved corneaclera transplantation is a satisfactory therapeutie method to treat corneoscleral tissue defect. |
