腹腔镜手术治疗妇科恶性肿瘤的疗效观察

【目的】探讨腹腔镜手术治疗妇科恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。【方法12010年12月至2012年3月本院应用腹腔镜手术治疗2i例恶性肿瘤（卵巢癌8例，子宫内膜癌4例，宫颈癌9例），观察腹腔镜手术治疗效果。【结果】31例手术均成功，无中转腹，手术时间平均（236．59±62．45）rain，盆腔淋巴结平均切除（20．43±2．67）枚，腹主动脉旁淋巴结平均切除（4．12±1．83）枚，术中出血量平均（251．95±102．37）ml，术后肠功能恢复时问平均（42．39±12．43）h，住院时间平均（12．59±2．67）d。术后并发症：1例右侧输尿管损伤（修补、放置双J管）。术后随访3个月至3年，21例均存活，无严重术后并发症。【结论】腹腔镜手术治疗妇科恶性肿瘤安全、可行，疗效满意，值得早期应用和进一步研究。

Observation on the Efficacy of Laparoscopic Surgery for the Treatment of Gynecologic Malignancies

[Objective] To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of gynecologi- cal malignancies. [Methods] A total of 21 patients with malignant tumors including 8 patients with ovarian cancer, 4 patients with endometrial cancer and 9 patients with cervical cancer in our hospital from Dec. 2010 to March 2012 underwent laparoseopie surgery. The efficacy of laparoscopie surgery was observed. [Results] All 21 patients were operated successfully. No one turned to undergo laparotomy. The average operative time was （236. 59±62.45）rain. The average pelvic lymph node reseeted and aortic lymph node reseeted were 20.43±2.67 and 4.12±1.83, respectively. The average blood loss was （251.95±102.37）mL. The recovery time of intestinal function af ter operation was （42.39±12.43）h. The average hospital stay was （12.59±2.67）d. One patient complicated with right ureteral injury underwent the repair and was placed with double-J tube. The follow up time after opera- tion ranged from 3 months to 3 years. No serious postoperative complication occurred. [Conclusion]Laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of gynecological malignancies is safe and feasible, and has satisfactory result, so it is worthy of early application and further study.
