| 摘 要： | [目的]观察美托洛尔治疗肝阳上亢型原发性高血压疗效。[方法]对80例肝阳上亢型原发性高血压门诊患者口服琥珀酸美托洛尔（47.5mg/d）。观测临床症状、血压、心率,中医症状积分。4周为1疗程,连续治疗1疗程,随访30d,判定疗效。[结果]中医症状积分显效41例,有效35例,无效4例。血压、心率有不同程度降低（P〈0.05）。[结论]美托洛尔治疗肝阳上亢型原发性高血压临床症状可明显改善,对眩晕、头痛、烦躁易怒、面红、目赤症状改善最佳。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To observe curative effect metoprolol theraping hyperactivity of liver Yang type primary hypertension.[Methods]80 patients with hyperactivity of liver Yang type primary hypertension from outpatient service Oral succinic acid metoprolol.Observation the clinical symptoms,blood pressure,heart rate,TCM symptoms integral.4 weeks for one period of treatment,continuous treatment 1 treatment,follow-up 30 d,decision curative effect.[Results]According to TCM symptoms integral powerfully in 41 cases,effective in 35 cases,4 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 95%.[Conclusion]The clinical symptoms of metoprolol theraping hyperactivity of liver Yang type primary hypertension can be improved significantly,In vertigo,headache,irritability,red,red eye symptoms improved best. |
