肾康注射液联合西药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭随机平行对照研究

目的]观察肾康注射液联合西药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按随机数字表方法随机分为两组均西药常规治疗,对照组50例0.9%氯化钠注射液300mL＋丹参注射液20mL,20～30滴/min,1次/d,静滴;治疗组50例10%葡萄糖注射液300mL＋肾康注射液100mL,20～30滴/min,1次/d,静滴（糖尿病患者0.9%氯化钠注射液300mL）。观测临床症状、内生肌酐清除率（CCR）、血肌酐（Scr）。15d为1疗程,连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组显效31例,有效13例,稳定4例,无效2例,总有效率96.00%;对照组显效19例,有效8例,稳定6例,无效17例,总有效率66.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。内生肌酐清除率（CCR）、血肌酐（Scr）改善治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论]肾康注射液在中、西医理论方面均能起到保护肾脏的作用,可延缓肾功能进一步恶化,适用于治疗慢性肾衰竭。

Shenkang Injection combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure in a Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

Objective]To observe the Shenkang Injection Combined with western medicine treatment of chronic renal failure with.Methods]Random parallel control method,100 patients were randomly divided into two groups were treated with conventional treatment,50 cases in the control group of 0.9% sodium chloride injection of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection in 300mL ＋ 20mL,20～ 30 /min,1 /d,intravenous drip.The treatment group of 50 cases 300mL ＋ 10% glucose injection of Shenkang Injection 100mL,20～ 30 /min,1 /d,IV（0.9% diabetic patients with sodium chloride injection 300mL）.Observation of clinical symptoms,endogenous creatinine clearance rate（CCR）,serum creatinine（Scr）.15d 1 treatment courses,continuous 1 courses of treatment,the curative effect.results]The treatment group 31 cases,effective in 13 cases,stable in 4 cases,2 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 96%.The control group 19 cases,effective in 8 cases,stable in 6 cases,17 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 66%.The effect of the treatment group than in control group（P0.05）.Endogenous creatinine clearance rate（CCR）,serum creatinine（Scr） improved in treatment group than in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion]Shenkang Injection in western medicine theory,can play a protective role for the kidney,can delay the further deterioration of renal function,applied in the treatment of chronic renal failure.
