外用他克莫司软膏治疗扁平苔藓的临床疗效观察

【目的】探讨外用他克莫司软膏（普特彼）治疗扁平苔藓的临床疗效。【方法】随机将30例扁平苔藓患者分成研究组和对照组各15例，对照组使用0．1％糠酸莫米松软膏，研究组使用0．1％普特彼，每日早晚各使用1次，连续用药一个月。观察两组患者的皮肤损伤康复情况，比较两组患者的总有效率。【结果】研究组中3例痊愈，5例显效，6例病情好转，患者总有效率93．3％；对照组中2例痊愈，2例显效，7例好转，总有效率73．3％；两组患者总有效率相比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。【结论】外用普特彼治疗扁平苔藓疗效显著，值得推广应用。

Observation on Clinical Efficacy of External Tacrolimus Ointment for the Treatment of Lichen Planus

[Objective] To explore the clinical efficacy of external tacrolimus ointment（protopic） for the treatment lichen planus. [Methods] Thirty patients were randomly divided into study group and control group with 15 cases in each group. Control group was treated with 0. 1% momestasone furoate ointment, and the study group was treated 0.1 % protopic once at morning and evening for a continuous month. The recovery of skin injury in 2 groups was observed. The total effective rate was compared between 2 groups. [Results] In study group, 3 patients were cured, and 5 patients were excellent, and 6 patients were improved, and the total effective rate was 93.3%. In control group, 2 patients were cured, and 2 patients were excellent, and 7 patients were improved, and the total effective rate was 73.3%. There was significant difference in the total effective rate between 2 groups（ P d0.05）. [Conclusion] External tacrolimus ointment for the treatment of lichen planus has obvious efficacy, so it is worthy of being extended clinically.
