| 摘 要： | 目的了解辽宁省沈阳市中小学生龋齿患病状况,为教育和卫生行政部门防龋工作提供科学指导。方法采用2005年沈阳市中小学生体质健康监测资料,对6500名中小学生龋齿的患病情况进行分析。结果7岁～,9岁～,12岁～学生乳牙龋患率分别为41.1%,36.2%,4.7%,随年龄增长而下降(P0.01);12岁～,14岁～,17岁～学生恒牙龋患率分别为14.7%,19.6%,18.9%,随年龄的增长而上升(P0.05);龋失率女生为3.3%,男生为1.8%(P0.05);龋补率女生为27.8%,男生为21.4%(P0.01);龋患率城市学生12.3%,乡村学生为14.4%(P0.05);龋失率城市学生为1.8%,乡村学生为3.9%(P0.01);龋补率城市学生为31.1%、乡村学生为10.7%(P0.01)。结论口腔卫生保健工作的重点应放在低年龄人群,乡村中小学生口腔健康状况有待提高。 |
