偏头痛病人血浆内皮素及降钙素基因相关肽测定的临床意义

目的测定偏头痛病人血浆内皮素(ET)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)含量,探讨其在偏头痛发生与发展中的意义.方法选择34例诊断明确的偏头痛病人,按发病时间分为发作期和间歇期,抽取肘静脉血2 mL,采用放免分析技术(RIA)分别测定ET及CGRP含量,并与31名同期健康人作对照.结果偏头痛组ET及CGRP含量显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01);重度发作组与轻中度组及间歇期组相比,ET的水平前者高于后两者(P<0.05或P<0.01);CGRP轻中度组及间歇期组与正常对照组相比,有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05),ET轻中度组有统计学意义(P<0.05).对照组(r=0.5860,P<0.01)和间歇期组(r=0.6047,P<0.05)ET和CGRP含量变化呈正相关.结论偏头痛病人血浆ET及CGRP水平的变化可能参与了偏头痛的发病过程.

The Clinical Significance of the Plasma Endothelin and Calcitonin Gene Related Peptide In Patients with Migraine

Objective To measure the levels of plasma endothelin(ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP) in patients (pts) with migraine and explore the significance of the changes in the development of migraine.Methods The vein blood were collected to analyze the levels of plasma ET and CGRP by radioimmunoassay (RIA) method in 34 pts with migraine (who were divided into attack period and headache-free period), and the concentration of plasma ET and CGRP were compared with that in control (31 healthy persons).Results The levels of ET and CGRP in migraine were obviously higher than that in controls(P<0.01);the levels of ET during serious attacks was higher than that during slight attacks and headache-free period (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The content of CGRP during slight attacks and headache-free period was higher than that in controls(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The concentration of ET during slight attacks was higher than that in controls (P<0.05).There was positive relationship between the levels of ET and CGRP in controls(r=0.586 0,P<0.01)and headache-free period(r=0.604 7,P<0.05).Conclusion The level of plasma ET and CGRP in pts with migraine might be related to the development of acute migraine.
