超声对膝关节半月板撕裂的诊断价值

目的 以磁共振成像(MRI)作为诊断标准,评价超声对半月板撕裂的诊断价值.方法 收集我院2011年1月至12月因损伤后膝关节疼痛或不适感等症状入院的患者25例,病变关节30个,判断超声对半月板撕裂的诊断价值.结果 30个病变关节中,MRI诊断撕裂16个,超声正确诊断11个,5个漏诊、误诊,超声对半月板撕裂诊断的敏感性、特异性、准确性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为69%、86%、77%、85%、71%.结论 超声是诊断半月板撕裂的一种有效可行的检查方法.

Diagnosis value of ultrasonography in meniscal tears

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography in meniscal tears that were diagnosed by magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).Methods Thirty meniscal tears in 25 patients with knee pain or discomfort were performed from January 2011 to December 2011,calculating the diagnosis value of ultrasound in meniscal tears.Results Sixteen menisci with tears and forteen menisci without tears were identified by MRI,eleven cases were correctly diagnosed and 5 cases were misdiagnosis by ultrasonography.Ultrasonography showed a sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,and positive and negative predictive values for meniscal tears of 69%,86%,77%,85% and 71%,respectively.Conclusion Ultrasonography is an effective and feasible imaging study for diagnosing meniscal tears.
