| 摘 要： | 目的评价彩色多普勒血流显像（color Doppler Flow Imaging,CDFI）技术对原位肝移植（Orthotopic Liver Transplantation,OLT）术后血管并发症的诊断价值。方法732例肝移植受者术后常规进行CDFI血流监测,对可疑血管并发症患者进行血管造影、螺旋CT及手术探查。结果CDFI检测出血管并发症61例,经血管造影、螺旋CT或手术确诊血管并发症53例,包括：肝动脉狭窄14例,肝动脉栓塞12例,肝动脉假性动脉瘤4例,门静脉狭窄12例,门静脉栓塞8例,流出道梗阻3例。结论彩色多普勒血流显像技术在肝移植后血管并发症的诊断中具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the value of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) in vascular complications after orthotopic liver transplantation(OLT).Methods 732 patients received OLT were routinely monitored by CDFI,and patients in doubt of vascular complications were examined by angiography,spiral CT and operation.Results 61 patients with vascular complications were detected by CDFI and 53 patients were confirmed by angiography,spiral CT and operation,including 14 cases of hepatic artery stenosis,12 cases of hepatic artery thrombosis,4 cases of hepatic artery pseudo-aneurysm,12 cases of portal vein stenosis,8 cases of portal vein thrombosis,and 3 cases of outflow occlusion.Conclusion CDFI plays an important role in diagnosing Vascular complications after liver transplantation. |
