腹主动脉阻断术用于控制腹盆腔大出血的临床应用

目的 探讨腹主动脉阻断术控制腹盆腔大出血的临床效果.方法 54例患者术中应用棉纱带暂时阻断腹主动脉控制出血.结果 54例患者术中出血均得到有效控制,手术均顺利完成.术后观察未发现因血管阻断而出现的各种并发症.结论 暂时性腹主动脉阻断术是迅速控制腹盆腔大出血的安全、有效方法.

Clinical application of abdominal arota clamping in controlling abdominal pelvic cavity massive hemorrhage

Objective To review the clinical effects of of abdominal arota clamping in controlling Abdominal pelvic cavity massive hemorrhage. Methods Terminal abdominal arota clamping were used in 54 patients with Abdominal pelvic cavity massive hemorrhage using sterilized cotton band during operation. Results The technique could obviously control bleeding and decrease blood transfusion volume during operation. With the aid of this technique, the operationwas finished in all the patients smoothly. No complications occurred after the operation due to the clamping technique. Conclusion Terminal abdominal arota clamping is safe and effective in controlling Abdominal pelvic cavity massive hemorrhage.
