| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血栓通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法：将80例急性脑梗死患者随机分成两组，治疗组采用血栓通注射液450mg静脉滴注，每天1次，14d为1疗程，对照组采用丹参注射液20mL静脉滴注，每天1次，14d1疗程，其余治疗相同，比较治疗前、后神经功能缺损评分及血液流变学检测。结果：治疗组与对照组相比，有效率、神经功能缺损评分、血液流变学均有显著性差异。结论：血栓通注射液治疗急性脑梗死有较好的疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of Xueshuantong injection on cerebral infarction.Methods:Randomly separated 80 cases with acute cerebral infarction into two groups:observation group treated by Xueshuantong injection at 450mg i.v.per day and control group treated by Danshen injection at 20mL i.v.per day with 14d-course.Compared neurological deficit scores and result of hemorheology test before and after treatment.Results:Differences of efficacy,neurological deficit scores and result of hemorheology test between two groups were significant.Conclusion:Xueshuantong injection has more satisfactory effect on acute cerebral infarction. |
