| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）水平与老年2型糖尿病患者及糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）患者的相关性。方法对本院确诊120例老年2型糖尿病患者做眼底照片检查及糖化血红蛋白水平检测,并以50例健康体检者为对照。结果 DR组HbA1c水平明显高于NDR组,而NDR组HbA1c水平高于对照组,每两组之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01、P〈0.01、P〈0.01）。结论 HbA1c测定可作为监测2型糖尿病及其并发症DR的发生、发展重要指标。 |
