| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the treatment experience and methods for severe craniocerebral injury.Methods Twenty-four cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients from January 2006 to December 2010 were retrospectively analyzed,whose GCS grade between 3 to 8.Results In 24 cases,17 cases were treated by standard large trauma craniotomy,2 cases were treated by non-operation,5 cases were impossible to tolerance operation due to respiratory and circulatory failure.According to GOS grade system,13 cases(54.16%) sur... |
