温针灸加牵引手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症

目的:观察温针灸、牵引、手法等综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:选择48例门诊腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用温针灸、牵引、手法等综合治疗,每日一次,15次为一疗程,间隔2～3d,两个疗程后评定。结果:本组治疗的48例中,治愈22例显效15例,好转9例,中断治疗2例。总有效率95.8%。结论:温针灸、牵引、手法等综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种安全有效的方法。

Treating lumbar disc herniation by warm acupuncture plus traction techniques

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of treating lumbar disc herniation by warm acupuncture plus traction techniques. Methods: 48 cases of lumbar disc herniation treated with warm acupuncture, traction, comprehensive treatment approach, once a day, 15 times as a treatment interval of 2～3 days, were evaluated after two courses. Results: 22 cases cured, 15 cases markedly improved, 9 cases improved and 2 cases interruption of treatment among the 48 cases with the total efficiency rate of 95.8%. Conclusions: Treating lumbar disc herniation by warm acupuncture, traction, practices, and other comprehensive is a safe and effective method.
