20％甘露醇、山莨蓉碱、2％利多卡因、地塞米松合用治疗眩晕症疗效观察

目的观察20%甘露醇、山莨蓉碱、利多卡因、地塞米松药物混合静脉滴注治疗眩晕症的疗效。方法选择64例眩晕病人作为治疗组,另选同期入院的48例眩晕病人为对照组。20%甘露醇针250 ml、山莨蓉碱针5 mg、2%利多卡因10 ml、地塞米松针5 mg混合静脉滴注,每日一次,2 d为一个疗程,对照组采用纳络酮0.8 ml合用川芎嗪120 mg分别加入5%葡萄糖溶液和0.9%氯化钠溶液250 ml静脉滴注,7 d为一个疗程[1]。两组均治疗一个疗程后观察比较疗效与出现起效时间。结果治疗组总有效率达98.4%,对照组总有效率达95.8%,两组总有效率比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。两组出现起效时间比较,治疗组达到完全缓解、显效、有效效果的患者起效时间均明显短于对照组患者,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论20%甘露醇、山莨蓉碱、利多卡因、地塞米松药物混合静脉滴注治疗眩晕症,时间短,见效快,疗效确切,价格低廉,适应范围广。

Efficacy of combination of mannitol,anisodamine,lidocaine and dexamethasone in treatment of giddiness.

Objective To observe the efficacy of combination of 20% mannitol,anisodamine,2% lidocaine and dexamethasone by intravenous infusion in treatment of giddiness.Methods Sixty four patients with giddiness were selected as clinical trial group and 48 patients with giddiness admitted at the same time were enrolled as control group.All patients in clinical trial group were treated intravenously with a mixture of 20% mannitol 250 ml,anisodamine 5 mg,2% lidocaine 10 ml and dexamethasone 5 mg,once a day for a course of 2 days,and the patients in control group were treated intravenously with naloxone and ligustrazine in 5% glucose and normal saline for a course of 7 days.Their results of efficacy were studied and compared.Results The effective rates of clinical trial group and control group were 98.4% and 95.8% respectively.Their difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effectiveness of treatment in giddiness with combination of mannitol,anisodamine,lidocaine and dexamethasone is definite,and it is quick in action and cheap in price.
