“PBL+CBL”联合教学法在传染病临床实习中的应用研究

摘    要:目的评价"PBL+CBL"联合教学法在传染病临床实习教学中的效果。方法以我院2019年2月20日-2019年10月31日在传染科临床实习的58名实习生为研究对象,随机分为"PBL+CBL"联合教学组与对照教学组,通过比较临床实习考试成绩与实习结束后的调差问卷评价两种教学法的教学效果。结果"PBL+CBL"联合教学组的基础理论知识成绩、病例分析成绩及总成绩均高于对照教学组实习生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);"PBL+CBL"联合教学组的实习生在加深理论知识记忆、掌握必要临床技能、增强医患沟通能力、提高文献查阅能力、提高临床实习兴趣、培养临床思维、对教学方法满意方面均优于对照教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论"PBL+CBL"联合教学法有助于提高传染病临床实习教学效果。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of"PBL+CBL"combined teaching method in clinical teaching of infectious diseases.Methods A total of 58 interns who had clinical practice in the department of infectious diseases in Tangdu hospital from 20 February 2019 to 31 October 2019 were randomly divided into a"PBL+CBL"combined teaching group and a traditional teaching group.The teaching effect of the two teaching methods was evaluated by comparing the results of clinical practice examination and the questionnaire after the internship.Results The scores of basic theoretical knowledge,case analysis and total scores of the"PBL+CBL"combined teaching group were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Interns in the combined teaching group of"PBL+CBL"were superior to those in the control group in terms of deepening theoretical knowledge memory,mastering necessary clinical skills,enhancing doctor-patient communication ability,improving literature review ability,improving clinical practice interest,cultivating clinical thinking,and being satisfied with teaching methods,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion"PBL+CBL"combined teaching method is helpful to improve the clinical practice teaching effect of infectious diseases.
